Quality Assurance Manager
A leading global telecommunications company is experiencing fast, dynamic growth and seeks highly motivated, experienced resources to join the team.
Quality Assurance Manager:
Role Purpose:

The main role of the Quality Assurance Manager is to ensure that a product or service meets specific requirements for his or her company and its customers
Responsibilities:
 To understand and set up Company Quality Programmed and be responsible for the overall quality standard for the factory.
 To lead and train the Technical Team, Production QC Team and Quality Audit Team to prevent wastage and to maintain high quality standards.
 To follow closely on production schedules, to arrange quality audit work to meet sales order shipment dates.
 To work with Buyers' QC and internal production management team and to take preventive measures on quality standards and to ensure good quality products prior to shipment.
 To work closely with Factory Manager on setting operations targets and the implementation of Quality procedures.

Required Qualifications, Experience :

Education
 Minimum undergraduate degree in Engineering or related discipline.
 Graduate degree in engineering or related discipline and/or MBA highly desirable
Work experience
At least 3 years working experience as a Quality Assurance Manager with strong track Quality Assurance record.

Skills Required
 Applicants should be Egyptian citizens
 Possess very good to excellent statistical and analysis proficiency
 Clear oral and written communications skills.
 Have a working knowledge of matters relating to dependent and older adults.
 Very good written and spoken English
 Ability to interpret government contracts.
 Represent the ideas and needs of the community/constituency.
 Make thoughtful and well-analyzed decisions.
 Be actively engaged in discussion, process, and meetings by offering knowledge and resources.
