Office Manager - Admin. Assistant

the vacancy entails:
1- Reporting to the Operational manager.
2- Responsible for secretarial and admin tasks.
3- Handling some HR related tasks (Screening resumes, notifying qualified candidates and updating employees files with the required hiring and insurance documents)

Requirements:
1- Female university graduates only can apply.
2- Excellent command of Microsoft office (Word- Excel – PowerPoint) is a MUST.
3- V. Good Organization Skills and V. Good command of English.
4- HR Background is prefered.
5- Residents of heliopolis and surrounding areas are preferred.
