Senior Shipping Specialist •Receiving the packing list from the production and preparing the invoice. •Contacting the freight forwarder for booking and setting the loading date. •Follow up the loading process. •Preparing the final declaration. •Revising the Bill of Lading. •Follow up the vessel’s sailing date. •Preparing the original documents to be sent to the customer. •Filing the shipment documents and the contracts. •Making memos for the financial department. •Managing, preparing and follow up for all the sample orders.
