Human Resources Manager

Well established company based in Cairo Egypt currently seek a Human Resources Manager to review all activities concerned with staff selection, training and development, conditions of employment and other staffing issues and activities within the organisation.
Duties and Tasks will include
Formulates the human resource management strategies, policies and plans.
Develops and leads the recruiting and training activities.
Develops and implements a performance evaluation system to plan, appraise and improve individuals and team performance.
Monitors and follows up on employees cost and return relationships.
Develops and implements succession plans
Continuously helps in developing the work atmosphere.
Represents the organisation in negotiations with relevant unions and employees, to determine remuneration and other conditions of employment.
Oversees the maintenance of personnel records and various human resources information systems.
Coordinates occupational health and safety programs and practices, develop equal opportunity programs, and make sure of compliance with related legislation.

Essential requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources
Experience in the field of performance evaluation techniques, Human Resources classification of employees, appraisal strategies and interactive HR feedback systems.
Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills
Active and target oriented.
Perfect written and spoken Arabic and English
